Job responsibility
1. Responsible for the daily operation, commissioning, and production tasks of CNC equipment; strictly adhere to the production processes and operational standards when completing component machining and production tasks;
2. Proficient in interpreting mechanical machining drawings, accurately verifying product dimensions and process requirements; capable of independently performing workpiece machining, self-inspection, and re-inspection to ensure the product's qualification rate;
3. Based on production and processing requirements, independently complete equipment tool compensation adjustments and simple parameter tuning, and promptly resolve common machining issues encountered during the production process;
4. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of equipment; inspect the equipment's operating status; prevent non-compliant operations; and ensure the normal and stable operation of the equipment;
5. Strictly adhere to the workshop's safety production rules and regulations; maintain accurate production records; keep workstations clean; and cooperate with the workshop in completing production scheduling tasks.
Job qualification
1. No specific educational background required; as long as your practical skills meet the requirements, you may apply even without any certificates;
2. Possess practical hands-on experience in CNC machining and be proficient in operating CNC equipment;
3. Core Skills: Proficient in reading mechanical machining drawings; capable of independently modifying tool offsets and tuning machining parameters to precisely control machining accuracy;
4. Familiar with component machining process flows and possess the ability to independently address dimensional deviations and simple machining-related issues;
5. Attentive and responsible in work, hardworking and dedicated; obedient to workshop management; possesses strong quality awareness, safety awareness, and teamwork spirit; and is able to adapt to the production rhythm of the workshop.
